Bryan Hardy is a Canada based wholistic nutritionist. In this episode we discussed deepening our connection to our body and the things we put in it. After his own near death experience, Bryan was forced to examine more closely the toxic loads that build in the body over time. Bryan shares ways to cleanse and minimize some of these toxins while overall learning to listen to our bodies.
